Account Deletion

Thumb Pilot provides in-app account deletion tools through Pilot Profile. If you cannot access the app, you can also request deletion by emailing airwear@buffaloairways.com. We may ask you to verify that you control the account before completing an email-based deletion request.

What Happens When You Delete

• Your sign-in access, pilot profile, trophies, and leaderboard identity are removed.
• Your Buffalo Bucks balance is forfeited back to the bank.
• Owned aircraft skins and related marketplace records may be repossessed, corrected, canceled, and relisted by the marketplace at retail price.
• Deletion is permanent and generally cannot be undone once it is completed.
• Some backend records may remain only in anonymized or restricted form where reasonably necessary for fraud prevention, security, accounting, dispute resolution, backup integrity, or legal compliance.

Before You Delete

• Save anything you want to keep, such as your pilot name, notable scores, or screenshots, before deleting.
• If you need support instead of deletion, contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue without removing the account.
