Contact

Please include your pilot name, device, platform, and a short description of the issue.

Use the in-app Pilot Profile for sign-in, sign-out, and account deletion tools.
If you lose access to your account, contact support from the email address tied to that account if possible.
For privacy requests, mention “privacy request” in the subject line.
For deletion requests outside the app, include the account email, pilot name, and platform so we can verify the request.
We may ask for additional verification before helping with account-level changes.
For purchase or refund issues, include the platform used, approximate purchase date, and any receipt or order reference available to you.

Guest play is available for core gameplay.
Account deletion is available in the in-app Pilot Profile for supported builds.
Thumb Pilot is entertainment software only and is not intended for real-world aviation use.
