• gameplay and economy information such as scores, progress, achievements, preferences, Buffalo Bucks balances, owned items, marketplace activity, and leaderboard entries
• transaction and purchase information such as purchase state, receipt or order identifiers, store or platform identifiers, refund or chargeback status, and limited billing metadata made available to us by a platform or payment provider
• support or communication information you send us
• technical and diagnostic information such as IP address, browser, device, operating system, app version, crash reports, logs, and anti-abuse or security telemetry
• information provided by service providers that help us run authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, diagnostics, support, and related infrastructure

2. How We Use Information

• create and manage accounts
• authenticate sign-in and maintain sessions
• send verification, password reset, and service emails
• operate profiles, scores, leaderboards, the virtual economy, and marketplace features
• process, verify, restore, reconcile, reverse, or support purchases and related account entitlements where applicable
• provide support
• improve the game, performance, and service reliability
• detect cheating, abuse, fraud, and security issues
• comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Public Information

If Thumb Pilot includes public leaderboards or profile features, your display name, rank, and score may be visible to other players. Do not use personal or sensitive information in public-facing names or profile fields.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted providers that help operate Thumb Pilot, such as providers for authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, diagnostics, support, anti-abuse, and payments if those are added later. If digital goods or virtual currency are sold, payment processing may be handled by a platform storefront or payment processor, and we may receive limited transaction metadata from them. We do not state that we receive or store full payment card numbers unless we actually do so. We may also share information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate Thumb Pilot, maintain support and security, prevent fraud, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. After that, we delete, anonymize, or retain only what we are legally required or reasonably permitted to keep.

6. Account Deletion and Residual Records

When you delete your account, we aim to remove or anonymize your account and profile information from active systems. Some limited information may still remain for a period of time in backups, system logs, anti-fraud records, accounting records, dispute- resolution materials, or other records we are legally required or reasonably permitted to keep.

7. International Processing

Your information may be stored or processed outside your province, territory, state, or country, including in places with different privacy laws, where permitted by law.

8. Children

Thumb Pilot is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law without required consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us and we will review the request.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and using strong account security practices.

10. Your Rights and Choices
