Thumb Pilot

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what Thumb Pilot collects, how it is used, and what choices players have around privacy, support, the virtual economy, and account deletion.

Effective April 4, 2026 Buffalo Airwear / Buffalo Airways airwear@buffaloairways.com

1. Information We Collect

We may collect:

2. How We Use Information

3. Public Information

If Thumb Pilot includes public leaderboards or profile features, your display name, rank, and score may be visible to other players. Do not use personal or sensitive information in public-facing names or profile fields.

4. Sharing and Service Providers

We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with trusted providers that help operate Thumb Pilot, such as providers for authentication, hosting, databases, storage, analytics, diagnostics, support, anti-abuse, and payments if those are added later. If digital goods or virtual currency are sold, payment processing may be handled by a platform storefront or payment processor, and we may receive limited transaction metadata from them. We do not state that we receive or store full payment card numbers unless we actually do so. We may also share information where required by law, to protect rights or safety, investigate misuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or business transfer.

5. Retention

We keep personal information only as long as reasonably necessary to operate Thumb Pilot, maintain support and security, prevent fraud, comply with law, resolve disputes, and enforce our terms. After that, we delete, anonymize, or retain only what we are legally required or reasonably permitted to keep.

6. Account Deletion and Residual Records

When you delete your account, we aim to remove or anonymize your account and profile information from active systems. Some limited information may still remain for a period of time in backups, system logs, anti-fraud records, accounting records, dispute- resolution materials, or other records we are legally required or reasonably permitted to keep.

7. International Processing

Your information may be stored or processed outside your province, territory, state, or country, including in places with different privacy laws, where permitted by law.

8. Children

Thumb Pilot is not directed to children under 13, or any higher minimum age required by applicable law without required consent. If you believe a child has provided personal information in violation of applicable law, contact us and we will review the request.

9. Security

We take reasonable steps to protect your information, but no system is perfectly secure. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and using strong account security practices.

10. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or request more information about your personal information. You may also be able to object to certain processing or request restrictions where applicable. Requests can be sent to airwear@buffaloairways.com.

11. Cookies and Similar Technologies

If we use a website or web app, we may use cookies, local storage, or similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, improve performance, understand usage, and support security.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. By continuing to use Thumb Pilot after updates take effect, you acknowledge the revised policy.
